Thank you for using Wanaut. These General Terms of Sale and Use govern your access to and use of the Wanaut website, application, and related services.
By creating an account, browsing listings, booking an activity, or offering services on Wanaut, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wanaut. They apply to all users, including visitors, customers, individual members, and professional providers.
2. Definitions and roles
Wanaut is an online platform connecting professionals who publish activities with users who discover and book those activities.
- Professionals: users who create listings and offer services.
- Individuals: users who search, book, and attend activities.
3. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your account data up to date. You are responsible for account security and all activity performed through your account.
4. Search and booking
Users can search by category, date, and location. When you book an activity, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable fees and taxes.
5. Pricing and payments
Payments are processed through approved payment partners. Depending on the activity, additional service fees, payment processing fees, or taxes may apply.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy applicable to the listing and the timing of cancellation. If a professional cancels, users may be entitled to assistance, rebooking, or refund according to platform policy.
7. Professional obligations
Professionals must provide accurate listings, comply with all applicable laws and third-party obligations, and deliver services as described at booking time.
8. User conduct and responsibilities
All users must behave respectfully, comply with applicable laws, and avoid harmful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
9. Content and intellectual property
Platform content, branding, and software remain protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or exploit protected content without authorization.
10. Data protection and privacy
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations, including Moroccan Law 09-08 where relevant.
11. Limitation of liability
Wanaut operates as a platform intermediary and is not a party to the direct service contract between professionals and individuals. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
Wanaut may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful behavior, or misuse of the platform.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates may be notified through the platform. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the revised terms.
