- Open to all participants (minors must be accompanied or have parental consent)
- Participation is at the individual’s own responsibility
- Race bib collection details will be shared ahead of the event
- Comfortable sportswear is recommended
- On-site storage facilities available within the village

- Access to food court offerings & partner experiences (consumption not included)
Cancellation policy
- All registrations are final and non-refundable
- No exchanges or cancellations will be accepted
- In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, specific terms will be communicated
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the event format or route without refund
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable, except under specific conditions
